Position Highlights:
- Location: Lakeland, FL
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours: 40/week
- Pay Rate: $25–$32/hour
- Per Diem: Not included
- Start Date: October 20, 2025
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running independent service calls for residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Working both indoors and outdoors
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
- 2–3 years of residential HVAC experience
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and 7-year background check
